Your 4-Step Process
Your clarity call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we explore:

what’s really going on beneath the surface

what you want to feel instead

whether hypnotherapy + coaching is the right fit for you
You’ll leave the call with clarity, direction, and a sense of what’s possible.
Step 2: Your 60-Minute Preparation Session (Zoom)
Once you’ve signed up, we’ll meet for a 1-hour Zoom session to prepare you for hypnotherapy.
In this call we focus in on one key area you’d like to work on, explore the emotions connected to it, and look at how it’s been impacting your life.
This session helps you feel grounded, supported, and fully ready for your first hypnotherapy session.
Step 3:
Your Hypnotherapy Session
(In person or Online)
This is where deep change begins.
Using hypnotherapy, we work with the subconscious mind to release old patterns, limiting beliefs, and stuck emotions helping you heal the past, gain a sense of closure, and move forward with more peace and contentment.
Step 4.
Ongoing Coaching Support
Through weekly coaching sessions, you’ll receive guidance, mindset tools, and space to grow and integrate your transformation.
Together, we’ll anchor new patterns, strengthen your self-worth and self-belief, and help you live in alignment with your values so you can step into an identity that reflects who you are now, and know that you are deserving.

I’m an empowerment coach and hypnotherapist, and I help people get to the root cause of what’s been holding them back the patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves.
My work is about creating real, lasting change from the inside out so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose, and unlock the potential you know is already within you.
